These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Just By Design (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services & Deliverables
We provide marketing, branding, website design, content strategy, and digital services customized for each client. A detailed scope of work will be outlined in your project proposal or agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all original design, code, and content created by Just By Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Final deliverables are transferred to the client for use in their business, but may not be resold or repurposed without written consent.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within the terms specified on your proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, approvals, and materials. Delays in communication or deliverables may impact project timelines.
5. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project in writing. Completed work and time invested will be billed accordingly. Unused deposits may not be refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Just By Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Indemnification
Clients agree to hold Just By Design harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from use of our work in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction within Oregon.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified via email or site notice of any material changes.
